Edith Liepa

Her approach to painting can be both whimsical or studied, resulting in pleasing impressionistic and abstract works.

Liepa's paintings have been included in juried national shows of the Pastel Society of Canada and the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour (CSPWC). She had solo exhibitions at Arteca Gallery (Kanata) in 1987 and 1991.

She received many awards of "Excellence" and is a Fellow of the Ottawa Watercolour Society.

Her paintings are represented in the Crown Life Canadian Collection and private collections in Canada, USA, Britain, Switzerland and the Phillipines. She is an active participant of Art Lending of Ottawa.
